Rachel is the founder of The Program Consultancy, an online education and consulting company whose mission is to help more women create unshakeable businesses: that can ride economic downturns, changing buying behaviours and algorithm updates.

This is possible by transforming their clients programs into ICONIC experiences using tried and tested education and business strategies, thanks to Rachel's 15 year background in UK education.
She has worked with some of the most successful education businesses around the world, shaping their programs in alignment with their ambitious visions for the future.
As a speaker, she has shared her knowledge with small private audiences and podcasts with audiences of hundreds.

Outside of her business, Rachel currently lives in Stamford, UK with her husband and two children.
