A detailed offline review of your program married with a 75 minute online strategy session to
identify the next steps on your ICONIC program journey
What happens in a program review?

I'll do an offline review of your program to see if your program promise matches up to whats on the inside, how easy it is to learn and where they may be gaps.

We'll then have a 75 min online strategy session (via zoom) where I talk you through my feedback and strategise solutions based on the findings.

You'll then receive a recording of our session that you can download and a follow up email outlining your key action points

You'll then get 2 weeks of Voxer support (Mon-Fri) for any questions you have when implementing the action points

After 2 weeks we'll have a 30 min follow up call to see how much progress you've made.

During your offline review I specifically look at:
- your sales page - to identify your program promise, what bonuses etc I can expect to find, details of calls
- your program content to see if it matches up with your program promise (is it easy for me to find?)
- onboarding- how easy is it to get started?
- design/curriculum: is it easy to get the information I need?
- delivery: is it accessible for all types of learners. Is it clear on what a learner needs to do?
- is it scalable? Will it break if you bought on 100 new clients?

Click on the link below which will take you to our booking platform. Book your session for a time that suits you and pay upfront.

Offline review
You'll get an email after booking asking for details of your program and a reminder for you to give me access to the inside of the program. I'll then review it offline.
Online call
On our call I'll go through the key points from the review. Together we'll strategise solutions that could work for your program. These call are where the ideas happen!
Take action
You'll get a list of action points and a recording of our call. It will be up to you to take action, but with 2 weeks Voxer support and a follow up 30 min call it'll be easier.
