ICONIC ACTIVATION is a 2 week intensive where we take a deep dive into your program and kickstart its potential.

We'll identify what's already amazing in your program, the key action points to optimise it (to get the best from it) and give you 2 weeks done with you support to make it happen.

What it includes:

- A done for you review of your program

- 1x Iconic Activation Blueprint- setting out the action points to take

- 1x 90 min 1:1 Strategy Session (online)- to review findings, identify ONE core action point and workshop how to make it happen 

- 2 weeks 1:1 done with you support on Voxer

- 1 x 30min 1:1 follow up call

I created ICONIC ACTIVATION because I saw a need- thanks to conversations with women who had a program and not only wanted reassurance that what they had was great, but to also uncover its potential for MORE.

At your level of business, programs are complex- requiring a level of mastery that others just don't have. From my 15 year career in education, I bring an expertise from auditing and validating degrees in top UK universities, combined with assessing other teachers lessons/teaching as a mentor to newly qualified teachers.

But at your level of business you need more than my expertise. I bring a level of business strategy learned not only from managing multiple 6, 7 and 8 figure businesses as an OBM, mentoring CEO's and COO's of successful education businesses but also from my own experience as a business owner.

Which is why the done for you review of your program includes a focus on:

  • your sales page - to identify your program promise, what bonuses etc a client can expect to find, details of calls

  • your program content to see if it matches up with your program promise (is it easy for a client to find?)

  • onboarding- how easy is it to get started?

  • design/curriculum: is it easy to get the information they need?

  • delivery: is it accessible for all types of learners? Is it clear on what a learner needs to do?

  • is it scalable? Will it break if you bought on 100 new clients?

PLUS when you book in your session, we'll ask what your biggest program problem is, so that we can address that specifically for you.

Time investment:

  • This is predominantly done with you work, therefore we expect a time commitment to get the work done between the two calls

Financial investment: 

  • £1500 for 2 weeks intensive support

  3. Complete the onboarding form so that we can get started with your review
     

The 121 feedback and the extensive notes with tick boxes next to them - that is particularly great for my neurodivergent brain mean I know exactly what I am doing next. I didn’t have to rewatch the pre recording or rely on my scribbled notes. I can get right to taking action.
