What to expect

We'll start with our CEO Vision call to establish the legacy you're looking to build- with a focus on vision, mission and your unique expertise- creating a 'north star' for our work.

Next we ASSESS. We will conduct a 'behind the scenes' program review- where we dive deep into your current program to identify what's working, what isn't , what's missing and what needs to change to make your legacy reality.

Then we focus on OPTIMISING your program. Based on your vision and the findings from the review we'll create a bespoke plan for ensuring your program has the firm foundations it needs to become ICONIC.

You won't be left to do it yourself- we'll be here to guide you with check in calls every 2 weeks, plus slack support for in between questions your team may have when implementing.

Our calls are for workshopping ideas, making decisions and taking action, however, I’ll also review any work you complete outside of our calls, plus share any templates and resources you may need as we go.

We'll transform your onboarding process so that they can confidently get started as independent and ambitious learners.

We’ll use neuroscience to craft a luxurious learning experience that inspires bold exploration and deeper discovery. We want your clients to enter your program expecting the usual ‘one size fits all’ approach and instead feel like they’ve just stepped into their personal lounge, with you by their side to do the work required.

All of this will be combined into your bespoke Elevate action plan so that you and your team are focused on the right actions in the right order.

What to expect

We'll start by assessing where your business currently sits in your industry and identify what the benchmark is for innovation.

Next we'll review your role in the business and in line with your vision, where you can step back so that you can deepen your expertise. This could include hiring and training associate coaches if you wanted.

We'll then identify the ways that you can share this deepening knowledge with your clients so you become *professor like* not only in your program but ultimately, in your industry.

This is not about adding more access to you, but it is about creating continuous contact in unique and innovative ways, so that your clients can't get enough of what they are learning.

As with phase 1 & 2, we will create a bespoke Innovate action plan so that you and your team can implement all the actions required.

Hi! I’m Rachel, founder of The Program Consultancy.
I get it, there are plenty of people in the online space who can support you with creating great programs- but very few do this kind of work or have my background...
I began my career leading change in the student experience as an elected official in a UK University. I sat on the highest boards, informed decision making, and learned what it took to deliver excellence. This then led me down a path of developing my expertise in top UK Universities- including validating degrees/masters programs (meaning that they delivered on their promise) as well as being involved in audits of the universities themselves. I then used this experience to lead innovative programs for a UK Government Education Project.

Realising I wanted a more direct impact, I then retrained as a secondary school teacher and within a year became a Head of History in a challenging outer London school. I not only created innovative, engaging curriculums for 11-18 year olds, including GCSE and A-Levels qualifications, but also mentored new teachers to become rated 'outstanding'.
After having my children, I needed more flexibility, so in 2018 ​I started my own business guiding successful online 6, 7 and 8 figure businesses. Coming from a background in education where results are a daily conversation, I was astonished that this was not a priority for ANY of my clients when I first ventured online. So, my mission changed to focus on helping ambitious women like you, create ICONIC learning experiences.​

1 x 90 minute CEO Vision call

2 x 60 minute action taking calls every month (on zoom)- for workshopping, clarification, accountability, troubleshooting and decision making (6 per quarter)

Pre-work/homework with guidance so that we can make the most of our calls

Review of core work that you complete (curriculums, new trainings etc)

Any tools or trainings you may need to easily take action​​​

A personal slack channel, for all the questions you and your team have in between calls, and a place to get my eyes on your work when needed

Duration:
We'll start with a contract of 90 days for phase 1. You'll then have the option of continuing into phases 2 and 3.

Time investment:
This is done with you work, therefore we expect you to commit time to doing the required work and implementation outside of our calls. Our calls are for workshopping, solving problems and strategising so that you and your team can take continuous action. ​

Financial investment:
£10,000 for a 90 day contract.

Rachel, you’re UK based and I live in the US- can we work together?
Yes! All of our work is done virtually. The majority of my clients are in GMT, EST and CST time zones. If you are in the US, our calls will be in the morning (your time). Payments are also available in USD.
Why do I need to complete an application when I schedule my strategy session?
We like to do our homework! 30 minutes flies by, so by filling out all the essential details we can get all the finer details beforehand and then spend our call finding out what your biggest problem is and whether we can support you.
I feel I need this, but I don’t want to reach 7 figures. Will this still work for me?
Of course! Our work is bespoke to your business. We will discuss your vision- including your revenue goals so that we can plan accordingly.
